CutCool MP is blended from selected virgin based stock with special proprietary emulsifier which forms a stable milky-white emulsion when mixed with water. It forms a stable emulsion in both hard and soft water. The combination of superior additives and base not only result in superior cutting performance, it also provides extended cutting fluid life due to its strong resistant to fluid deterioration and bacteria growth.
CutCool MP has been developed to exhibit full multi-metal compatibility and is suitable for economical use on a wide variety of machining application. Its excellent lubricity characteristics, making the product suitable for a whole variety of machining applications whilst maintaining machine cleanliness and operator acceptability. Suitable to use in cutting of ferrous and non-ferrous metal.
